Own an energy business that pays you every month. The tax credits come with it.
Most of our clients buy in for the cash flow. The tax savings are the bonus.
Look at it as a business, and it produces income. Look at it as a tax strategy, and it lowers your bill. You get both.
An energy business you own.
The tax code rewards owning it.
You are buying a business that makes money, and because it is energy, the tax code rewards you for owning it. In current programs, the tax savings and first-year income cover the cost in year one. Every year after, the income keeps coming. At the end, you sell it back to our partners.
How the money moves over the hold in a current program. Your cost comes back in year one. Then it keeps paying.
It is built to return your cost in the first year. Everything after that is upside.
In year one, the tax savings and the first year of income cover the cost.

What clients tell us most: I wish I had found you sooner.
IN THEIR WORDS, NOT OURSWhen I went to sell my company, the biggest roadblock was depreciation recapture and taxes in general. I met with four different CPAs and all were meaningless. Then one meeting with this team and the problems were solved. My only regret is that I did not engage them sooner.
Business Owner · Sold Company and ReinvestedToo good to be true? Yes. I waited over a year to sign up, and when I did, the first thing they did was put $134K in my pocket. My old CPA was a nice CPA, but I had outgrown someone just putting the right numbers in the right box. It is my single biggest return on investment in my business.

Both. You own equipment that produces income every month, and because it is qualifying energy equipment, it also brings a federal tax credit and a first-year write-off. Most of our clients buy in for the income. The tax savings are the bonus.
No. It is not a second job. Our partners handle the installation, operations and maintenance. Your part is the ownership decisions. To use the tax benefits against your other income, the IRS requires you to take part in the business, and your CPA will confirm what that means for you.
An operator can put it to work and pay you under a service agreement, or you can use the power at your own facility and keep the savings. We walk through the options for each program on our call.
Yes. Many clients start with one and add more. Each unit is another income stream and brings its own tax benefits for the year it goes into service.
A credit comes straight off your tax bill, dollar for dollar. A deduction lowers the income your tax is figured on, so it saves you your tax rate times the deduction. This strategy gives you both from the same purchase.
Energy equipment covered by the federal clean energy investment credit, such as battery energy storage systems. We focus on programs where the equipment is in demand and has a clear way to earn.
Converting a traditional IRA or 401(k) to a Roth adds income in the year you convert. Credits and depreciation from equipment you own can help offset the tax on that income. Your CPA confirms the amounts and timing.
No. An IRA does not pay tax, so it cannot use a credit or a write-off. The equipment is owned by you or your business. Your retirement account can hold other investments.
Nothing is wasted. Unused credit can be carried back to recover tax you already paid in prior years, or carried forward to future years. It can also be sold to another taxpayer for cash. If the first-year write-off is larger than your income, the extra generally carries forward to future years. Annual limits apply, and your CPA confirms how it all works on your return.
At least 5 years. During that time it produces income, and at the end of the hold our partners buy it back.
Yes, and we want them to be. We work alongside your CPA, attorney or tax strategist. They confirm how the benefits fit your return before you commit.
Our cost is built into the program and disclosed up front. You see every number before anything happens.

Beyond your personal taxes, we help businesses cut payroll taxes, and help you put what you save to work.
The equipment has to be in service by the end of the year to count for that year. The sooner you start, the more of this year you can still use.
